You can buy a water bottle and fill it up every night before going to bed. Leave it in the refrigerator and take it with you in the morning. When you’re having a break, check how much you’ve been drinking and refill if needed. Carrying a bottle with you everywhere you go will help you remember to drink enough water throughout the day.
6. Make your meals.
It’s always better to prepare your meals on your own to make sure that you know what you’re eating. Try to prepare healthy meals with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Going on a healthy diet can be challenging, and people often give up even before they can see the effects. So, think ahead and come up with a sustainable diet that actually works for you. Find interesting ways to implement fruit and vegetables into your diet and stick to them.
